Herring fillets in oil with spices
Net mass: 190 g
68% herring fillets (Clupea harengus, N. Atlantic), 30,6% rapeseed oil, 1% salt, 0,4% spices
Grilled salmon fillets in olive oil
Net mass: 160 g
Grilled salmon fillets (Salmo salar, farmed in Norway) (68%), olive oil (31%), salt (1%).
Brisling sardines in olive oil with lemon
Net mass: 160 g
70% sardines (Sardina pilchardus), 29% olive oil, 5% lemon, 1% salt.
Grilled mackerel in olive oil
Net mass: 160 g
Grilled mackerel fillets (Scomber scombrus, Northeast Atlantic) (68%), olive oil (31%), salt (1%).
