Brīvais Vilnis is always experimenting and introducing other fish into production, either on an experimental or permanent basis. Additionally, we explore various combinations of fish, their preparation, and processing methods. This creative approach allows us to create a range of products such as pates, meatballs, and burgers while maintaining the fish’s freshness and high quality. In doing so, we contribute to providing healthy food options for our customers.

Fish balls in tomato sauce

minced fish mix (70%) (fresh, smoked fish, pearls, rapeseed oil, wheat flour, salt, spices), tomato sauce (30%) (water, tomato paste, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, dried onions, acidity regulator – acetic acid, spices).

65% minced Atlantic salmon (Salmo Salar, farmed in Norway), cooked rice, dried onions, drinking water, rapeseed oil, salt, spices.

59% ground Atlantic salmon (Salmo Salar, Norway), cooked rice, 10% fried onions, water, sunflower oil, salt, spices.
