Calienta una olla de aceite hasta que est\u00e9 caliente y agrega los fideos de arroz. Fr\u00ede 15 g de fideos durante unos segundos hasta que est\u00e9n crujientes, luego ret\u00edralos y d\u00e9jalos a un lado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n una olla de agua con sal. Agrega los espaguetis y cocina durante 5-7 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n al dente. Escurre la pasta y d\u00e9jala a un lado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Luego, pica el jengibre y el ajo en trozos peque\u00f1os. Pela la lima y la naranja y pica las ralladuras en trozos peque\u00f1os. Derrite la mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n grande a fuego medio. Exprime el jugo de lima y mezcla todo bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfiere la pasta a un plato, sazona con sal y pimienta, y decora con los fideos de arroz crujientes.
