Grilled mackerel fillets ( Scomber scombrus, North-East Atlantic) (60%) ( tomato sauce 40% ( tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, rapeseed oil, salt, dried onion, acidity regulator – acetic acid, caramelised sugar (sugar, water), spices).
Roasted Riga sprats in apple sauce

Fried sprat (Sprattus sprattus, Baltic Sea) (70%) (sprat, rapeseed oil, wheat flour), apple sauce 30% (applesauce, drinking water, sugar, rapeseed oil, salt, dried onion, acidity regulator-acetic acid, spices).
