Ingredients

  • 1 can of Brīvais Vilnis Grilled Salmon Fillet in Olive oil
  • 60 g Spaghetti
  • 10g Chili Paste
  • 100g Tomato juice
  • 5g Ginger
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 5g Red and Green Chili
  • 20ml Coconut milk
  • 5g Orange peel
  • ½ Lime
  • 10g Coriander
  • 10g Celery
  • 10g butter
  • 10g Rice noodle Chips
  • 2-3 Cherry Tomatoes
  • Salt, Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  • To make this delicious Pasta with Tuna, start by preparing the rice noodle chips. Heat a pot of oil until hot and add the rice noodles. Fry the noodles for a few seconds until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook for 5-7 minutes until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
  • Next, chop ginger and garlic into small pieces. Peel the lime and orange and chop the peels into small pieces. Melt the butter in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, lime and orange peel, and fry them for a minute until fragrant.
  • Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the pan. Slice the chili and add it to the pan, too. Add the chili paste, tomato juice, pour in coconut milk and stir everything. Finally, add the canned tuna (drained) to the pan. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the prepared spaghetti into the pan and mix everything well. Add finely chopped coriander and celery. Squeeze in lime juice and mix everything well.
  • Transfer the pasta to a plate, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with the rice noodle chips. Serve hot and savor the delicious flavors of this Pasta with Tuna!

7. Add the pasta to the pan and stir everything together again. Add finely chopped coriander and celery. Squeeze in lime juice and mix everything well.

8. Transfer the pasta to a plate, season with salt and pepper and garnish with fried rice noodles. Serve hot and savor the delicious flavors of this Pasta with Tuna!
